  2. Pattasubazaar is a digital marketplace connecting customers to registered cracker vendors.
  3. We act solely as an e-commerce intermediary, not a seller, manufacturer, or delivery agent.
  4. Each product is sold, packed, and delivered by third-party vendors listed on our platform.
  5. Vendor Registration & Responsibility

By registering as a vendor on Pattasubazaar:

  1. You confirm that you hold valid cracker sale or manufacturing licenses as per PESO/Explosives Act.
  2. You agree to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock status.
  3. You are responsible for packaging, dispatch, courier charges, and timely delivery.
  4. You must upload valid courier proof for every shipped order.
  5. Commission & Payment Flow
  6. PattasuBazaar charges 18% commission on every successful order.
  7. Upon order confirmation:
  8. 30% of the order amount is paid to the vendor as advance.
  9. Vendor must dispatch the product and upload shipment receipt.
  10. The remaining 52% is released post-dispatch and verification.
  11. Payments are settled weekly or as per mutually agreed terms.
  12. Order Cancellation & Refund
  13. Customers can cancel orders only before vendor confirmation and dispatch.
  14. Once dispatched, orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  15. If a vendor fails to ship within 4 working days, the customer may request a refund.
  16. Refunds are not credited to bank or UPI accounts. Approved refunds are added to the user’s PattasuBazaar wallet.
  17. PattasuBazaar Wallet Policy
  18. Refund credits are issued only in wallet balance, usable for future orders.
  19. Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-redeemable as cash.
  20. Wallet credits are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
  21. Delivery & Courier Policy
  22. PattasuBazaar does not offer in-house delivery.
  23. Vendors must choose reliable courier partners for order delivery.
  24. Delays, damages, or non-delivery issues are the vendor’s responsibility.
  25. Vendors must upload courier receipts to initiate full payment settlement.
  26. User Conduct Policy
  27. You must not share personal contact numbers or request off-app transactions.
  28. Spamming, fraud, abusive messages, or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
  29. PattasuBazaar reserves the right to suspend or permanently block accounts that violate policies.
  30. Data Privacy
  31. All user/vendor data is stored securely and managed as per our Privacy Policy.
  32. PattasuBazaar does not sell or misuse personal data.

  34. Legal Compliance
  35. Vendors must comply with Indian laws including:
  36. Explosives Act
  37. GST regulations
  38. IT Act, 2000 & 2021 amendments
  39. Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
  40. Customers are responsible for ensuring cracker delivery is legally permitted in their region.
  41. Intellectual Property
  42. All platform content, branding, design, and software are the property of WebFamily Tech Solution.
  43. Any unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.
  44. Jurisdiction
  45. All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India.
