1. Overview

PattasuBazaar is an online multi-vendor platform that connects customers with licensed cracker vendors across Sivakasi and other regions. As a marketplace, we do not directly handle delivery or courier logistics. All orders placed on the platform are packed and shipped directly by the respective vendor.

2. Vendor-Managed Shipping

  1. Each vendor is responsible for processing, packing, and dispatching the products from their location.
  2. PattasuBazaar does not operate its own delivery service or warehouse facility.
  3. All vendors are required to use reliable and legal courier services, especially those authorized for transporting explosive or flammable materials.

3. Shipping Coverage & Availability

  1. Currently, PattasuBazaar supports deliveries within India only.
  2. Delivery availability may vary based on the pincode, state regulations, and the type of crackers ordered.
  3. Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable due to safety or legal reasons.

4. Minimum Order Value

  1. The minimum order value is ₹3000, which may be fulfilled by products from one or multiple vendors.
  2. In case your cart contains products from multiple vendors, each vendor will ship their items separately, and tracking details will be shared accordingly.

5. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are determined by the vendor based on:
  2. Parcel weight and size
  3. Courier rates
  4. Delivery location
  5. These charges will be shown during checkout. PattasuBazaar does not control or modify vendor shipping fees.

6. Order Dispatch Timeline

  1. Vendors are required to dispatch confirmed orders within 3–5 working days of receiving the 30% advance payment from PattasuBazaar.
  2. After dispatch, vendors must upload the courier tracking receipt within the app.

7. Tracking Your Order

  1. Once the vendor uploads the courier details, you will receive:
  2. Courier name
  3. Tracking number
  4. Expected delivery timeline
  5. You can track your order through the courier’s official tracking website or contact the vendor directly via in-app chat.

8. Delays or Non-Delivery

  1. PattasuBazaar is not liable for courier delays, damages, or delivery failures.
  2. If your order is undelivered beyond 10 working days of dispatch and remains unresolved:
  3. You may raise a complaint at support@pattasubazaar.com
  4. If verified, refund will be credited as wallet balance within 7–10 days.

9. Legal Shipping Disclaimer

  1. All vendors must follow PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) rules and state guidelines while shipping crackers.
  2. Customers must ensure that their area permits the purchase and delivery of fireworks before ordering.
  3. PattasuBazaar will not be held liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to regional restrictions or misdeclarations by vendors.
