- Overview
PattasuBazaar.com is a multi-vendor platform specializing in fireworks (crackers). Due to the hazardous and perishable nature of these products, Pattasubazaar does not offer direct refunds to bank accounts or UPI. Instead, eligible refunds are credited to the customer’s Pattasubazaar Wallet for future purchases.
- No Direct Refunds
- Refunds are not processed to UPI, credit/debit cards, or bank accounts.
- All approved refund amounts will be added to your in-app wallet balance.
- Wallet credits can be used for future orders on Pattasubazaar only.
- When Refunds Are Allowed (Wallet Credit Only)
A wallet refund is applicable only under the following circumstances:
- Vendor fails to dispatch the order within 4 working days of confirmation.
- Order is canceled by the vendor after payment is received.
- Customer cancels the order before it is confirmed or dispatched.
- Product is completely incorrect or not as described (subject to proof).
- Courier loss or damage is proven by vendor or customer with valid evidence.
Note: Packaging differences, brand/logo variations, or minor design changes are not eligible for refund.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Customer changes mind after confirming order
- Order is already dispatched
- Seasonal demand mismatch or personal dislike of the product
- Local delivery restrictions after shipment
- Refund Timeline
- Approved wallet refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- You will receive a notification once the amount is added to your wallet.
- PattasuBazaar Wallet Terms
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- It is valid for 180 days from the date of credit.
- Wallet balance can only be used on PattasuBazaar.com or its mobile app.
- How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request, email us at support@pattasubazaar.com with the following:
- Order ID
- Reason for refund
- Photos/video (if applicable)
- Registered phone number or user ID
Our team will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
- Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are fully responsible for:
- Product dispatch
- Accurate item listing
- Providing courier proof
- Handling return/replacement communication
In case of disputes, Pattasubazaar may withhold vendor payments until resolution.
- Jurisdiction
All refund-related disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India.
