- Overview
At PattasuBazaar.com, we understand that situations may arise where customers may wish to cancel their orders. We aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process. However, due to the time-sensitive and seasonal nature of fireworks, cancellations are allowed only under limited conditions.
- Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
1.Order has not yet been confirmed by the vendor
2. Order has not yet been dispatched or packed
3. Cancellation request is raised within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipping is initiated
If your order meets these conditions, your cancellation will be processed and the eligible refund amount will be credited to your Pattasubazaar Wallet.
- Non-Cancellable Orders
Once the order has been:
- Packed by the vendor
- Dispatched to courier
- Shipped out for delivery
…the order becomes non-cancellable, and no refund will be issued.
- Refund Method for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is accepted:
- Refunds will not be issued to your bank/UPI account
- The amount will be credited to your in-app Pattasubazaar Wallet
- Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on the platform
- Wallet balance is valid for 180 days from the date of credit
Note: Cash refunds or external transfers are not permitted under any circumstance.
- Partial Cancellation
If your order includes items from multiple vendors, partial cancellation may be allowed only for items that haven’t been confirmed or packed by the respective vendor. The remaining items will proceed as usual.
- How to Cancel Your Order
To request a cancellation, contact us at:

Include the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for cancellation
- Mobile number or user ID
Our team will verify your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
A vendor may cancel an order in the following cases:
- Out-of-stock product
- Delivery to a restricted or non-serviceable area
- Legal or safety restrictions on certain items in your region
In such cases, the full order value will be refunded to your Pattasubazaar Wallet.
- Jurisdiction
All disputes related to cancellations and wallet refunds will be governed under the jurisdiction of Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India.
